We Feed RawReviews of wefeedraw.com

Love this brand! I feel so much better feeding my dog whole ingredients from a trusted source. She’s healthier and happy! Ordering is easy, shipments are on time, and customer service is great.

We really like the food. Our dog enjoys it way more than kibble. Customer service has been great. Would have given 5 stars but looks like our shipment after Memorial Day is going to be a day or two late. No notice ahead of time that it was behind schedule. Now we are buying food at the grocery store to cook/ assemble meals last minute. Oof. Maybe we should have just gotten this shipment a little early in light of the holiday. UPDATE After receiving the reply from we feed raw to my initial review above, I checked my email and there was an email sent out prior to memorial Day. The email said, in part: "Note, because of the holiday weekend, your order will ship on Tuesday or Wednesday after Memorial Day and arrive Thursday-Friday (May 28-29). As always, you’ll receive a shipping notification and tracking info once in transit If you think you will run out of food before your box arrives, please let us know by Tuesday, 8pm ET. Our Care team will manually adjust your order to ship early and arrive ahead of Memorial Day weekend." In my mind this makes the failure to get me the food and time even worse. It wasn't a delay created by a shipping carrier for an otherwise timely shipped order. Instead, it seems that you knew it would be late and didn't just send the order to me early. Of course I'm going to run out of food when I only receive enough food for each order period. Putting the burden on me to respond to you via email to tell you that is pointless. Next time just ship the order early so that I get it on time and don't wait for me to respond to an email. I get too many emails to deal with that sort of gamesmanship.

I have been feeding WE FEED RAW for about year and we have had a couple of issues that were immediately taken care of, and none of them involved the food. It is a GREAT Company that cares for its clients! The best part is Oz (Aussie) loves his lamb!

This food has been so worth the price. If you're on the fence, just try it and you will not be disappointed. All 4 of our dogs Love it!

Our 10 month old Boston Terrier puppy does so good on We Feed Raw. He has energy, great coat, and great poops. He did have nose surgery and has been a lot pickier since. He is not a huge fan of Duck, but we add some toppers and he eats it up. He loves the beef, lamb, and Turkey. We haven’t tried the chicken yet, because Boston’s can be allergic to chicken. We absolutely love We feed Raw, it’s easy to prepare, and he does fantastic on it. Honestly we cannot say enough good things about this food and company, they are amazing at communicating, every time we have had questions we text, email, or chat live online. They always address any questions we have, and go above and beyond to help with any meal plans, or adjustments we need. I would recommend We Feed Raw to everyone wanting to try Raw food.

Lola loves her food. She's healthier and more active. And I love how easy it is to prepare a healthy meal for her

We are currently using the freeze dried raw and our dog loves it! Her coat is thick and shiny. Her poops are normal. The best part so far, her allergies have been under control. No medication! I definitely made a good choice with We Feed Raw!

Company won’t honor ‘40% off 1st box and free shipping’ that was advertised on both their web site and multiple social media sites including Facebook. There were no limitations listed in the ads but customer service now says it was limited to meal plans. Multiple emails advising them to ‘do the right thing’ were ignored. Wanted to give the product a try for my 2 pups and the discount offer presented the opportunity. I have screen shots of the offers.
