We feed raw is great nutrition for my dog. She loves it. The We Feed Raw team is very responsive to email if you have a question or concern. I have really enjoyed working with this company.

We're so happy to have you and your pup as a part of the WFR family!❤️
I have a very picky Yorkie and struggle to get her to eat anything. I was getting 16 oz pkgs and would end up giving it to my chickens because she wouldn't eat all of it. They changed my order to 6 oz pkgs. I do have a request, how about providing sample packs to find out what type of meat she would eat, like rabbit and duck or bison. Thank you so much. Oh, BTW our last order was cold not frozen. I know you changed over to a new facility.

My dogs love the frozen raw food! My only complaint is that sometimes the packages leak and I find bloody fluid all over my fridge shelf.

We're so sorry to hear that. Small tears can occasionally happen from the extreme cold temps of the dry ice in the box. If cracks happen, they happen in transit (within the box) when the bags become extra cold and brittle. Did you receive a thawing container with your first order? This can be a great option to prevent any unexpected leaks. If we can help, please don't hesitate to reach out!
We have a 6yr old Bullmastiff with a sensitive tummy. Ever since switching to 50%We Feed Raw and 50% dehydrated along with extra fruits and veggies...he doesn't experience any issues. We get Turkey ,Duck and Beef. Customer service is great and will help with proportions.

That's so great, Susan! We're so happy to hear that.❤️
Cora has been on WFR for a couple months now and all seems well. The packages conveniently fit right in our truck campers freezer making feeding her super easy on adventures. Super easy if you need to make an adjustment to the meal plans. Only thing I wish was in the recipes or had an option for was green tripe. Not a huge deal, I just adjusted her WFR amount to allow for me to add in green tripe. Customer service was quick and helpful when our trip dates changed abruptly and I needed a shipment sooner.

Thank you for your feedback! While our meals are complete and balanced and additional toppers are totally optional, green tripe can make a great topper to include as desired.🙂
They do not honor their reward policy. They have terrible customer service.

My orders always arrive on time and well packaged. The website is easy to use to update any changes. My 2 dogs LOVE the Freeze Dried Beef. They are SO excited when I add it to their food. The ingredients are quality using beef as the source of protein (without fillers like legumes that increase the grams of protein but are not what a dog should eat). Excellent
