Thank you for the kind words, Manju! It truly means a lot to us & we are so happy that both you & the pups are happy with our service. Please feel free to reach out if you need anything at all!
We love your product. My once picky dog looks forward to meal time every day and has had good health since. She’s 5 and still plays like she did when she was a puppy.

We are so happy to hear this, Angela! The increased energy levels are such an amazing benefit from the raw diet. Thank you for allowing us to feed Zara.
I have been a customer for almost 5 years now. Their food & customer service is superb. My Papillon has had excellent blood tests and is very healthy which I attribute to the quality of their raw food. Also, the customer service, in particular, Clarissa is excellent & always ready to lend help when needed. I have recommended many others to We Feed Raw, and will continue to do so. Thank you for your feedback, Robert! Please let us know if you have any trouble ordering in the future by sending us an email to [email protected] -- we're happy to help.
Honestly, I have loved We Feed Raw and had used it for one of my dogs for years. In April, I realized I hadn't received our subscription order in a couple of months (it was set to deliver every 8 weeks), and we were running low on food. I went on the We Feed Raw website and it said that my last order was delivered in January and showed no other orders after that date. I assumed maybe my subscription had lapsed somehow and I just wasn't notified, so I manually ordered and paid for the next month and received confirmation of my payment. Then I never received a shipping notification. I tried to go on the website to figure out what happened, and the website is AWFUL to use. The login is confusing, I wasn't even able to access the page with my subscription info (it never loaded), and when I used the "Chat" feature, no one ever answered. So I paid $200 for an order that never arrived, and then had to scramble to find a different raw food source for my dog. I am a professional dog trainer who loved this company and recommended it to lots of clients, but now I'm afraid to recommend it anymore.

Hi Nicky! Thank you for taking the time to leave us an open & honest review. We truly appreciate this, as it is important to us to hear both the good & bad from our customers. I'm very sorry to hear about your experience with WFR and the website issues. We have since worked hard to improve the site, and as a small, family-owned business, we take this feedback seriously. We understand needing to find a company that works best for you, and we wish you & your dogs nothing but the best. Thank you for allowing us to feed your pups!
Consistent product and customer service what really is customer service. Other companies could take customer service lessons from We Feed Raw! The article about grains (or non-grains) was excellent. Super!

Thank you for your kind words always, Ed! We love helping out & are always happy to see you reach out. Thanks again for allowing us to feed your pup :)
I really think WFR does a great job. I love my Zoie so much and their high quality food helps to keep her healthy. Her poop is small, her breath is fresh, her teeth are white and her fur sheds less. We only need to bath her twice a year. If you love your dog as much as I do, you’ll do anything to keep them healthy and safe.
