Brodie loves going for his walks! The walkers Have been good about coming when scheduled. I love seeing on my phone the direction they are walking in. I intend to be using their services more frequently!

Horrible boarding service! I’ve been using this app for a long time now. Usually for walk services which are okay. Sometimes they take a long time to find a walker near my area but that’s not the reason I canceled my subscription. I needed boarding services for a weekend. I booked it and canceled within less than 5 hours due to 1. They did not allow me to select a caregiver 2. When they chose a caregiver, I did not like their profile. It wasn’t a fit for my pets needs Plus the app doesn’t tell you where the caregiver is located. Then, I tried again and selected the times/date for boarding. I chose the choice to select my caregivers. They only give you 6 hrs to do so . Okay, then I only get a list of 2-3 people. Once again, it doesn’t tell me where are they located! Once they matched me to someone who was 45 min away!! I only came to find out when I asked them over the chat!! Fine, I canceled again and decided to look somewhere else. Now, I noticed they had charged me a $40 fee for each cancellation. When I called and asked why, the girl said because I canceled on less than 7 days before service. NOWHERE IN THE APP WAS THIS NOTED. I was not notified there was going to be a cancellation fee. I asked for a refund and she said they couldn’t do it. I asked for a manager and she basically said those were the rules because they had already paid the caregiver their time and preparation … how??! You have just matched me for no more than 1-2 hrs!! I decided to cancel my subscription and dispute the charge. Would not recommend them ever again!!!

Easy to use. I love the little report card feature.

Delighted with dog walkers and ease of scheduling. Dogs very happy and excited to see "their" walker

Not a fan. I scheduled my first walker even in advance, spoke to her about my special needs foster dog, and felt comfortable leaving for my first post-quarantine double shift at work. Then she cancelled without notice. Wag messaged to say they were looking for someone else to send (on a Friday night!) I cancelled after my dogs were stuck inside an extra two hours and paid some friends to drive across the city instead. $5 cancellation fee. The next day I'd had another double scheduled (too late to switch shifts) and sent all the instructions to the second walker they assigned. She never responded and also No Show'd. By the time I got the messages, some other random - male - walker was calling asking how to get into the house (WHO???) Unfortunately by then it was three hours past the scheduled walk time and my special needs dog was sitting crated in his own filth and, being terrified of men, wouldn't let the guy get anywhere near. The app makes it unreasonably difficult to share phone numbers so I can actually receive messages outside of the app while I'm running around work. Biggest waste of money ever.

Our caregiver was outstanding. Very patient with our moody pup she worked with him to easily blend in with the other dogs in the pack she was caring for, kept me informed, and sent pictures of his overnight stay. Our pup 11yrs 0ld was very happy which made me very happy. I will be using the wag app again and request Ali as our pups caregiver. Very easy experience to book, great communication.

The whole service was a wonderful experience. We didn’t know what to expect, but we got above and beyond anything I could have asked for. We had to make a last minute adjustment in our plans and Wag saved the day.

Very nice service with great technology.
