The service is improving. The pet sitters that came to the house did a great job. Just had one hiccup but it was corrected quickly and the sitter eventually came to replace the one that didn't show. The sitters were thorough and respectful and my girl loved them.

Had about 8 visits scheduled while we were 7 hours away. Showed up literally half of the visits. I mean the whole idea is to show up and take care of animals. No good. Our morning person was fantastic but as for the rest I would never use this service.

I’ve had nothing but great experiences with Wag over the past few years. They are my go to for dog walking and overnight sitting

This is my 1st time using WAG and I am so thankful and impressed! East to use and our walker Ryan has been absolutely amazing with my 2 dogs. Understood that 1 can be a bit anxious and both are always happy to see him! 🎉

The inability to choose a caregiver is inappropriate. If there is a need to cancel due to details of the service not being available until afterbooking, the cancelation fee is absolutely ridiculous. The refund of Wag! credits as opposed to my money was not satisfactory. I was not going to use this service because it would put me back in the same predicament. I need details prior to booking so this doesn't happen.

Jamie was great. It was so easy to find someone and she lives very close by. I tried a different service first and it was much more complicated and difficult to find someone. Wags was great!
