Hi Michael, thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review! We're happy to hear that you were delighted with your experience.
The app allows walkers to cancel walks at the last minute that are requested and confirmed ahead of time with no advance notice. So not only do you not have a walk confirmed an hour before it's supposed to begin, it doesn't allow any other walker to take those slots until the confirmed walker cancels. Nothing to prevent walkers from no-shows or showing up way later than scheduled. Not using them anymore. I had two walks confirmed well in advance, only to find they had been cancelled and no other walker was available by the time the confirmed walker canceled.

I absolutely love all the dog walkers I’ve come across but my last one is the greatest abs the sweets with lots of patience, love abs shoes no fear. I just love Wag as a company and their employees.
