Easy to use site with a quick response for requested service. And to know each person on the website has had a background check made me feel at ease.

I've had the best experience with Wag so far! We were paired with Leo, who was so so great with our pup the first time around that we booked him again today when he was available. He's taking Archie on two great long walks around the city and we will definitely keep requesting him if he is available. The app is so easy to navigate and I love all of the updates we get about the walk and the picture/report cards at the end.

Hi Hayley, thank you for the kind review. We're thrilled to hear that you were happy with your experience and your Pet Caregiver. Thank you for being a valued part of Wag! and for your feedback.
Wag itself is good and their customer service is amazing. So nothing bad to say about the company. But, The person who watched my dog on the other hand was not, sadly. He had tied up my dog to the trampoline in the early morning around 4am and left him tied up with no food or water. My neighbor had to wake up at night cuz her dog heard my dog barking and she came to check on him and saw his ear tip bleeding and being tied up and no food or water. Was really not how i was hoping our first time would be using Wag. Regardless, i think that i will try Wag again in the future but just screen the caretakers before i leave my dog with them.
