I love how easy it is to switch the vitamins if needed. I love how the vitamins make me feel. They are easy to open in the packs.

So far so good I’ve only been taking them for about two weeks and I can definitely tell a change in my energy and sleep

These vitamins are great. I can't choke down anything that seems to have a vitaminy smell to them. I was even gifted a sweet tote bag which fits perfectly with carrying my yarn to my physical therapy appointments.

I take an Zoloft and can not take Ashuaganda. And it was given to me not knowing .
