About Vyvnutrition

We started VYV with a simple belief: that wellness should feel personal, not prescribed. Every formula, every recommendation, and every conversation is built around one goal — helping you feel your best, every single day.VYV was born from the roots of Persona Nutrition, our journey into personalized wellness. We began by helping people in midlife close their nutrient gaps with precision and care. But we soon saw a new generation — younger, more health-conscious, and deeply curious about their long-term wellbeing. That’s where the next chapter began: creating wellness designed for today’s forward-thinking generation.Healthy moms, brighter futuresA healthier tomorrow begins today. We’re proud to partner with Vitamin Angels, a public health nonprofit that provides life-changing nutrition to women, infants and children around the world to support healthier pregnancies and healthier starts to life.Smart nutrition. I had an experience where i delayed my shipping for awhile and then when the time came i realized i wasn’t ready for it again, this time it was a financial issue. I tried the app and website to cancel the order and all the sudden they both were “unavailable”. Also no email altering me an order was coming up, i have a busy life so i forget these things. Now im out money and will have a whole unused box of vitamins delivered. The unfortunate part is i would have kept using them but im working with a dietitian to get the right supplements. So just be cautious if you use them and set calendars reminders weeks in advance so you dont get screwed over by the website not working.

Hi Cayla, Once an order has invoiced and headed to production, it cannot be canceled, but if you don't want an upcoming order, you can always pause the date so it won't invoice. I recommend you make any changes via the website, not app, as the website is full service. Our team is always happy to help as well. I'm sorry for your frustrating experience. Warm Regards, Lori G

Lori G.

Hi Kacie, Thank you for reaching out. I am so sorry you are disappointed with your supplements and not seeing the results you expected. A few possible explanations as to why you may not see an immediate improvement from supplementation is the type of supplement you are taking. For instance, supplements like a Multivitamin or Omega 3 are focused on the maintenance of your overall health and well-being. These supplements help to cover any gaps in your diet and prevent nutritional deficiencies from occurring. Additionally, sometimes with supplements, you notice the benefits more so when you stop taking them as your body gradually adapts to the new supplement regimen over time. With any form of supplementation, consistency is essential. The longer you continue to take the supplements, the more health improvements you may see. For additional assistance and to help customize your program further please schedule a free nutritionist by appointment with us here https://www.vyvnutrition.com/book-appointment/ Please let us know if we can further assist you. We are here for you! Warm Regards, Karina C.
