The buying of the glass door reach-in refrigerator was great. No problem. I would buy from Vortex again. The only problem was delivery. The dispatcher gave me a 4-hour window, and called me to confirm. I waited 4 hours and the truck driver called and left a message on my home answering machine wanting to know if I was going to be at the delivery address. We connected 30 minutes before the end of the 4 hours and he could not make it. He re-scheduled for the next day, with another 4-hour window. He arrived 30-minutes before the end of the 4-hour wait. To me this was unacceptable.

Arrived Quickly, Has 3 dents was told by the sales rep that I should have unwrapped it entirely before I let the truck go, this is no small job and it arrived at lunch time and I am part of the crew so it wasn’t possible. When I called he said he would see what he could do to resolve this problem, and get back to me -so far nothing has happened and I haven’t been contacted tomorrow will be a week since it arrived. It’s a nice unit too bad its banged up let the buyer beware.

Barely got fridge. I’m rating on shipping and look of fridge. It’s a beautiful fridge and the wrapping was done great.

I ordered a new freezer from Vortex and in 8 days here it is, delivered. No problems, fairly and competitively priced. Personal type service and communication. One of the main things I was assured that should the unit need service, either under warrantee or not it is locally readily available. Beautifully wrapped so as NOT to sustain damage enroute.

I will definitely use Vortex for any future refrigeration needs. Excellent customer service, quality products and fair pricing.
