About VortexHaus US

You're here to see if this is real. Fair. Here's the scoreboard: 37,236 units shipped, 4.8★ on Trustpilot, and most of these reviews are from people who were skeptical first too. What makes us different: small tool, serious power, runs on the Makita, Milwaukee, and DeWalt batteries you already own. We're a US & UK based team that obsesses over quality — every unit is vetted and QC'd before it ships. Backed by a 90-Day One-Pull Test Drive and a support team (Diane, Marielle, Kerbie) that actually fixes things fast. Read a few reviews below and you'll see the pattern.

VortexHaus US (vortexhaus.com) has 488 customer reviews on The Fair Hearing, with an average rating of 4.7 out of 5.

Vortex turbo jet blower

I ordered the vortex blower for multiple uses, and it truly lives up to its description. Credit to the team and developers, this is an outstanding piece of equipment. I’ve owned and used several battery-operated blowers before, and this is by far the lightest and most powerful of them all. I used it for the first time today after washing my vehicle. One of my biggest frustrations has always been water drip marks that appear after drying, especially from areas like rear quarter window edges, around number plates, and other tight or intricate spots that are difficult to reach with a towel. The vortex blower completely solved this problem. It literally blows the car dry, eliminating trapped water and preventing any drip marks from reappearing. Although I purchased it for multiple purposes, this first test alone exceeded expectations,it passed with flying colours. When you first pick it up, the weight is almost unbelievable. It’s hard to comprehend how something so light can deliver such impressive power. While it is more expensive than many commonly advertised alternatives, the extra cost is absolutely justified by its performance, build quality, and effectiveness. Customer service was equally impressive. I reached out with a question and received a response within hours, with an ongoing and genuine dialogue. It was refreshing to deal with a company that is truly engaged and responsive. Even the owner personally reached out to introduce himself, which speaks volumes about the company’s values. Overall, an exceptional product backed by an exceptional team. Highly recommended. Good luck guys Louis

Hey Louis, Arthur here. This might be one of the most detailed and thoughtful reviews we've ever received — and I want you to know the entire team has read it. You nailed exactly what we built this for: those frustrating water drip marks from spots a towel can't reach. Quarter window edges, number plates, tight crevices — gone. That's the problem we set out to solve, and hearing you confirm it passed with flying colours on the very first use means everything. And yes, the weight surprises everyone. Picking it up for the first time and wondering how something this light delivers that kind of power? That reaction never gets old. You're also spot on about the price. We're not the cheapest. We never will be. But we engineered this to outperform everything else in the category, and customers like you prove that the investment is worth it. Thank you for recognizing the customer service side too. That personal touch isn't a gimmick — it's how we operate. Really appreciate you, Louis. This review will help a lot of people make the right decision. Arthur
