Jeffrey, this made me smile. When both you and your wife reach for it because it’s light, powerful, and useful for everything from nails to patios, that’s when I know it stopped being a “gadget” and became part of your home. – Arthur Founder, VortexHaus

Len, if it can handle wet leaves in PNW weather and still earn a “phenomenal product” from you, then it passed a very real test. Thank you for trusting us with your climate and your cleanup. – Arthur Founder, VortexHaus

Charles, I appreciate that you’ve been putting it through heavy use and still came out of a fan issue saying you “can’t recommend this product enough.” Fast, clean warranty experiences are what we strive for. – Arthur Founder, VortexHaus

Trinity, that “more than my little DeWalt blower” line is a big compliment. I’m glad delivery timing felt reasonable and that the performance surprised you in a good way. – Arthur Founder, VortexHaus

Kenny, I appreciate the enthusiasm. When someone who washes their cars often says “the power is unreal” and they love it, that’s exactly what we were hoping for. – Arthur Founder, VortexHaus

CT, thank you for your patience and for still giving us credit for excellent customer service after those first two units had issues and shipping ran long. I’m glad the current blowers have been solid for you over the last two months. – Arthur Founder, VortexHaus

Robert, I love this picture: end of the day sweeping out a bus, then clearing the garage, all with a tool your wife can actually use compared to a big blower she can’t start. That’s exactly the “light but real” niche we’re trying to fill. – Arthur Founder, VortexHaus

BC, thank you for giving us a chance to fix that rough start. A unit failing immediately is never what we want, and I’m glad the replacement earned a “brilliant” from you. – Arthur Founder, VortexHaus
