Hi there Scott, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating it must have been to discover a missing component during installation. After reviewing your case, we confirmed that our team investigated your concern based on the information available at the time. While the outcome did not meet your expectations, we did process a refund for the body jet that was missing the brass push connector as a resolution. We regret the inconvenience this caused and appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve our processes. If you would still like us to re-review your case, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and any additional photos or information. We'd be happy to take another look and determine whether any further assistance can be provided. Voomi Supply Team
