Study their return policy carefully; if you order multiple items, watch out for cancellations with no pro-rating of your shipping cost.

My experience with VoomiSupply was disappointing, and I would encourage potential customers to carefully review the company's return policy before ordering. I placed an order for two HVAC brazing products that were listed as in stock and advertised with same-day shipping if I ordered by a certain time in the day. Five days after receiving a UPS tracking code (leading me to believe it was secured and on the way to my house), I learned that one of the 2 items was actually unavailable and had been removed from my order with a refund of that item (+ sales tax). The refund covered the item itself, but I was still charged the full shipping amount for the remaining brazing rods. Receiving the UPS tracking code fooled me into thinking they had it ready to ship. The biggest frustration was not the inventory issue itself. Stock problems happen. The problem was that it took nearly a week to discover the item wasn't available, delaying my project. I also requested a partial shipping adjustment since only part of the order shipped, but that request was denied in what my wife observed to look like an endless ping-pong match of emails going nowhere. Afterward, I reviewed the return policy and discovered that returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, with the customer also responsible for return shipping costs. There was no mention of what would happen if they couldn't ship multiple items and that the shipping wouldn't be pro-rated if items were removed from the bill of sale by VoomiSupply. Had I known that upfront, I would have been more cautious about ordering. If you're considering ordering from VoomiSupply.com, my advice is simple: Verify inventory availability if your project is time-sensitive. Carefully review the return policy before purchasing. Be aware that if an item turns out to be unavailable, you may still be responsible for the original shipping charges on a partially fulfilled order. I understand I'm just one customer and that my order was relatively small, but based on this experience I will be purchasing from other suppliers in the future. I'm giving 2 stars because someone did answer my emails, though it didn't go my way. Update: Upgraded to 3 stars after receiving full shipping refund. May consider shopping again; it's crazy how it just takes one non-optimal experience to want to sign off on-line buying! Appreciated the greater-than-expected shipping refund.
