VolusionReviews of volusion.com

Volusion has been good for a the base store. But now I need multiple languages and multiple currencies as we expand our business into Canada and other countries. Not sure that Volusion is able to support us through expansion? Am I missing something??

Overall, Volusion is a great platform, and company. The ability to manage your own website using an easy to use back end editor, and the fact that they offer all the services needed to create, maintain, and drive customers to our website that is shopping cart enabled is why we stay a customer.

Been with them through all 4 service tiers and had tremendous growth throughout. Now we'll over 40gig of site traffic and growing. Their 24 hour support has made all the difference. The store is robust, powerful and has hundreds of features available to use or not use with the click of a panel.

Usually things are fine with Volusion. Occasionally though, the support reps give the wrong answer. This seems to be a particular problem on the chat system. Things seem to go better when I call in, so not sure if the folks on chat have less training? Also, tickets seem to take a REALLY long time to close. Maybe you guys are understaffed. Additionally, things can get awkward with design. We've ordered some pretty expensive additions to one of our sites that either ended up not working as originally advertised or needed a lot of fixing after install. To me, if you are advertising a product it should work out of the box. I have a hard time believing we were the first to order those products. It comes off as a bit sloppy and disorganized. To be fair though we were offered a free services in exchange for the trouble, which did make things better, but we would have much rather had the products as originally advertised.

I always have a positive result when calling on the Volusion tech support team. Have been with other eCommerce platforms and Volusion is the best I've found for getting answers and picking their brains on solutions to improve my store / customers experience.

I have been with Volusion for several years. Very few problems and when there was it was resolved immediately. Communication is top notch also. They always keep me in the loop when there are going to be updates and improvements. I highly recommend Volusion.

The ability to chat online when you have an issue is fantastic. Everyone I have ever chatted with is very helpful and knowledgeable. They always have been able to help

Been with many other SEO ECommerce platforms and Volusion offers excellent services with highly trained staff, they answer promptly and are excellent with customer service. They do care about their customers.
