Hello! To ensure we offer the most accurate assistance, we'd greatly appreciate a photo of you wearing the glasses. This will help us determine whether the issue lies in the fit of the frames or potentially with the prescription. It's important for us to ensure that your eyewear fits perfectly and provides the best vision possible. Your satisfaction with our service and your eyewear is our top priority, and your cooperation in providing a photo with the glasses on will allow us to serve you better. We truly appreciate your understanding and assistance in this matter.
