Vivint SolarReviews of vivintsolar.com

Great sales rep. Knowledgeable and friendly. Installation crew was courteous and considerate. Kept me informed and left the premises as they found it. Very nice bunch of guys, worked like busy bees without taking any breaks til they were done.

Hi, Ishmeal, the sales representative was excellent. He is very knowledgeable of the Vivint Solar system. He answered all my questions without hesitation. I will be referring Vivint to my family and friends.

My family and I appreciated the professionalism, knowledge and courtesy we were extended during the sale and installation of the solar panels. Ms. Krystal Crowder was our knowledgeable and informative sales representative. She followed our install each step of the way and was personable and quite helpful by explaining the positive points of using solar energy. The installers were respectful of our property and kept the work area clean. We would recommend this company without hesitation.

We signed our contact in September 2018. Our panels were not installed until late January 2019. This was due to lack of communication and necessary documents not being submitted.

The guys who came to do the installation were terrific, very professional. I believe his name was Seth, was the point man on the project and kept me in the loop on everything his guys were doing and what we can expect after the install concerning the inspections. They cleaned up after themselves and did a great job.

Our salesman Joel was absolutely awesome! He was able to answer every question we had and we felt very comfortable with him. Our panels were just installed the other day. The crew that came to our house were very polite and were done pretty quick. We would recommend Vivint to any of our family or friends

Quick, clean and on time. Great install. Very friendly and professional installers. We will see how the savings develop once it’s actually turned on with SDGE

Tommy was very professional & knowledgeable! He openly communicated all information regarding the transition to Solar Energy and always followed up regarding my concerns!
