I'm happy with the solar panels. My only complaint is lack of communication for the appointment. I wasn't notified when they were coming to install them.

Enos Henry is one of the best people I have ever worked with, he is very proactive and really knows his stuff. The install went smoothly and timely. Vivint was a pleasure to work with.

I am very satisfied with Richard Howell and the rest of the crew in the Shrewsbury office. Richard was very responsive to my questions and concerns. The whole process was done expeditiously, including roof survey, permitting, and installation. I am pleased to recommend this firm.

Very professional from start to finish. Installation was completed per time frame provided during consult. Panels were installed as per schematics and very neat. The lead installer kept in constant communication with me regarding the progress of the install and made sure all my questions was answered throughout the process. Compared to my neighbors solar system, this is by far the cleanest system in the neighborhood. Panels are low and sleek preventing birds to hide under. Highly recommend VIVINT Solar to anyone looking to save money on electricity and a great system.

Great crew. Very neat and coordinated. Everyone was pleasant and respectful. Cleaned up perfectly when done.
