The glasses are cool. You need to buy some additional hardware if you plan to use them with a PC that doesn’t have a USB-C port that feeds video. The charging adapter is trash! It constantly connects and disconnects every few seconds which completely resets the glasses. Unusable. Glasses get a 5 star, adapter gets a 1 star. Buy the lens cover if you plan to use these for road trips. The daylight does distort the image a little. Not to the point you can’t see, but a little annoying.

Meine "Viture PRO XR GLASES" war innerhalb des Garantiezeitraumes defekt (links Display-Störungen). Nach Kundendienst-Kontakt wurde mir eine Austausch-Brille anstandslos zugeschickt. Die neue Pro Xr-Brille ist wie von Viture-Produkten zu erwarten wieder sehr komfortable in der Handhabung, besonders der Tragekomfort. Ich kann es behaupten da ich ein Vergleich zu anderen Brillen habe, besitze auch eine XReal-Brille. Über den Viture-Service kann ich nur positives berichten. Er war sehr freundlich, kompetent und hilfsbereit das Problem zu lösen. Ich bin also rundherum zufrieden.

Received the package. Didn't like it. Customer service told me I couldnt return it. That's the worst service I ever received. Won't recommend.

UPDATE! AFTER VITURE'S RESPONSE HERE ON Trustpilot, NO ONE HAS CONTACTED ME. WHAT’S MORE, WHEN I CONTACTED THEM AND TOLD THEM THAT THEY HAD PROMISED TO HELP ME ON Trustpilot, THEY DIDN’T RESPOND. The support team is polite, but they're no help at all; they're not interested in helping users. I bought a pair of VITURE x Cyberpunk glasses, but I haven't used them at all. I took them out of the box and they didn’t work. I contacted customer support, and they suggested steps to fix the issue. I did everything they said, but nothing helped. They agreed to replace my glasses with a new pair. I sent them my defective glasses. And I waited for a package from them. But when I received the package, it was empty. I don’t know if they did it on purpose or not, but I never received the replacement. I was left with no money, without my defective glasses, and without a replacement. After that, they stopped responding to me. So be warned: if you buy VITURE Cyberpunk, you won’t receive proper warranty service.
