Got the beast glasses and the dock for my birthday. The quality of the product is fantastic. Glasses seem to be built well and the dock is easy to use. My only critique is that the products should come with the updated firmware. Had a slight issue updating with the galaxy tablet and had to jump through a few hoops and adapters to force it on a PC but it could’ve been avoided it the products just come already updated to the latest firmware. Same with the dock, had an audio issue with ps5 until it was updated. Also the edges of the picture quality in the beast glasses get fuzzy/blurry. This makes it difficult to suggest these glasses to someone that wants to use them for productivity on a PC. You hardly notice with movies and games so I do recommend if you plan on using them for that!

Meilleur Sav, mes lunettes étaient abîmées et je ne l'ai remarqué qu'après plusieurs mois et ils ont été très réceptifs et rapides pour résoudre le problème!

I had an inquiry about the Viture Beast Glases, as I thought the connection to my windows PC couldn't be established properly. The customer services helped me right away and on point. We could figure out how to install the software properly and now my beast runs with Windows perfectly. Multitasking has never been easier and the customer service's help was on point. Thank you so much again!

The glasses are great, but the 120hz function does not work/ stay on. Neither does the 1200p resolution, they just revert back to 60hz and 1080p which is kind of disappointing. I even updated the glasses on the webpage and it didn't fix it.

I don't like how the store forces you to buy the shipping insurance from Seel. It is automatically added to your cart and you can't remove it prior to paying.

Don't hide your lies in unspoken implications of your advertisement. I would be more satisfied with the product as it is, if you hadn't build up hopes for possiblities and comfort in the presuppositions of your product presentation, that are not present. Yes, it's a mobile monitor as glasses; very good, very useful. But the 3DoF mechanics are not well-engineered enough yet, to have a stable floating screen. You can't fine-tune the IPD. I have to build an own black shader, because the additionally bought Shades from you don't dim out enough.

I ordered on their website and sent them 5 min later a cancellation mail. There is no possibility to cancel the order on the website. It was stated in the confirmation mail that in order to cancel you have to send them a mail which i did. After 1 days of no response they sent me anyway the glasses. They offered me a refund for the glasses and the return costs, but im still stuck with the import taxes. Why would i sent the product back if i have to pay +100dollar in import taxes which they dont reimburse? They ignored my cancellation mail completely and im stuck with the taxes. Im not happy with how Customer service handled this at all.

Excellent product. Well organized customer service
