I was totally unaware I was "subscribing" to an annual subscription. I got a charge on my credit card today and went and looked up the company. I had only used 3 or photos for staging. Didn't like what choices I got. I've tried all day to get a refund. They let me cancel my account but still billed me for the entire year. $192. DON'T sign up with them. DON'T use them. I'm going to file complaints and fight this through my credit card company. No way to talk with anyone. BAD COMPANY

Virtual Staging AI has been so helpful. I take and process my own real estate photos. In the past, for virtual staging, I've had to email photos to a company for back and forth creation and review of the staged photos. With Virtual Staging AI, it has been simple to upload the photo and had several staging options to choose from. The process isn't perfect - this is a relatively new technology. The product has challenges with mirrors and its Beta feature of different scenes of the same room is not quite there yet. That said, I'll continue to use this product for its ease of use, well staged rooms the majority of the times, and pricing.

Beware!! They will bill you over $200 and not give you a refund if you try to cancel, even if you have not used any of the features for the new autobilled subscription renewal. If you sign up for a “subscription “ they will bill you the annual fee and then automatically renew. Within hours I went online to cancel and request a refund and they pointed out that the terms and conditions state that subscriptions aren’t eligible for refunds. What?!?! This is not right. I signed up for a subscription last year. The staging looked good, however the bathroom staging is problematic. I used it a handful of times. Definitely not worth the fee for a yearly subscription.

I logged in to create virtual staging and system only allowed for bedrooms, all other rooms were locked. After chatting and completing steps suggested, i.e. logging out and back in, clearing cache, using different browser nothing changed. Paid for the professional package on May 10, 2025, on May 12, 2025 unable to use service. Having an issue getting refund for inferior product.

There are much better software out there. You can make multiple versions of the uploaded images, but after a while it always gives the same style and layout. The customer service is incomprehensible.

It was quick and easy. It gives you a lot of choices. You are limited on the types of rooms that can be done. It would be nice to have more such as a media room and game room. Also it would be great if we could add a few individual items because sometimes the rooms are missing pictures on the walls or plants in a corner as an example.

nowhere on the site, is there any mention of a mandatory annual subscription, instead they bury it in the t&c. i signed up thinking i'll try it for a month, but they will not let me cancel it, and now they are locking me into paying monthly.

Buyer beware. The way the subscription is setup, you are charged annually with a certain number of uploads a month. If the ai cannot render a suitable result from the image, too bad. The AI frequently cannot discern that a door is in the way of an object, or the physical nature of a woodstove, making the product essentially useless. A work around is to use their free preview on their website to test if an image is readable first before uploading. The drawback is that if the product doesn't give you results you like, there is no refund option, or trying it for a month - you're out an annual subscription fee just to try it out. All in all, I found it handles a simple living room or bedroom okay, but little else is functional and you're basically paying them to be a guinea pig.
