I had a very good experience using this service. The website is easy to use and provides a versatile range of useful tools. When I no longer needed the service, I contacted them to cancel my subscription. They handled my request quickly with no questions asked, which made the whole process very easy and hassle-free. I really appreciate their straightforward and customer-friendly service.

Horrible communication with billing. Cancelled contract.

I did not have any problem getting the pictures done but it would have been nice to be able to move the furniture around or tell it somehow to do that or to add items. I also wish there were other room selections like "bonus room" or "playroom" or "media room". Looks like a lot of people have had issues with their accounts. I have not done this long enough to tell if I will have any problems with charges or the customer service.

Avoid this company. They automatically renewed our annual subscription and charged us $552 without any reminder or renewal notice. Trying to contact them has been just as bad. Emails have gone unanswered, and the website chatbot is useless. There appears to be no way to speak to an actual person. We cancelled the subscription immediately and requested a refund, yet getting any response has been nearly impossible. Taking customers' money is easy for this company. Providing customer support is apparently not. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this service to anyone.

I switched to homaihq.com since their prices were high and kept changing the structures
