I've installed three VIOFO dash cams in three different cars. When I install dash cams on the fourth car, it will also be a VIOFO. When my car's dashcam stopped functioning, I contacted VIOFO support and they helped me get my dashcam working again (it was a simple firmware update). Shout out Josie.

This is my third dashcam purchase from VIOFO ( two A229 Pro and the A229 Ultra) for three different SUVs. I had used another brand (Va……) for long time before switching to VIOFO after read the reviews. I’ve found the VIOFO dash cams provide the best images and videos in all my driving situations. Most importantly, they are simple to operate, reliable, sturdy (connection plugs and cable are not flimsy or thin) and the price is competitive. When I install the A229 Ultra to my Lexus in January 2026, I came across the power cable issue; I message the VIOFO support team and received the response almost instantly. They are not just provided me the solution but also sent me a new power cable to solve my special situation. They follow up with emails to make sure everything works fine. Kudos to Cassie Jiang (VIOFO support team) for their fast response, listening, patience and followup specially during the Lunar New Year holiday.

I recently got in touch with Customer Service for Viofo for a problem I thought I had with my Dash Cam with playback on videos, after feedback they sorted the problem out & it turned out the problem was Me! the response from Customer Service was both prompt & courteous. Thank you Viofo

3 of us ordered a Viofo dash cam online before Christmas. Unfortunately we ordered the wrong ones. Not only that, but we didnt realise we had until much later. I contacted Viofo and a very kind customer representative called Cassie arranged for an exchange as a gesture of goodwill. We are all so grateful. And really pleased with the cameras.

Customer service was great and the cameras work really well with high visibility especially at night. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a reliable and high quality dashcam.

I’ve just installed my Viofo A129 dual dash cam. At first I had some issues because the rear camera wasn’t working. I contacted customer support and Josie replied to me and helped me resolve the problem. They were very efficient and provided excellent service. If you’re looking for a dash cam, I highly recommend Viofo — they are definitely worth the money.

I have been using VIOFO products for a couple years and am impressed with both quality and reliability of their devices. I particularly appreciate that their more recent additions such as the battery pack (BP100) are still compatible with a dashcam I purchased back in 2018. I had a follow-up question about this product, which was quickly answered in a day's time via email. All in all, they will continue to be my go-to brand for any dashcam related purchases in the future.
