I've had a couple issues with my A129 Dash cam. The customer service, specifically Josie was a great help and patient as we worked together to figure out the issue. In the end I was sent new cameras (within my warranty), that are now working perfectly.

Have A229Pro for almost 2 years. Works as expected. Also have A329 for a year which is a big upgrade from A229Pro. Running it with couple Hynix SSD using Viofo SSD cable with no issues. Both cameras are working 24/7 (normal mode while driving and low bit rate recording mode while car is parked using dedicated battery). Reliable, only camera on a market supporting SSD (easily gives you 7 days of continuous recording history), great picture quality, quick response from support team. As an improvement suggestion for Viofo team (for their future camera) to add possibility for dash cam to automatically restart recording after camera shuts down due to overheat and then cools down. It would be very useful during summer heat for those users who run parking mode in a car parked outside with no shade.

I've had 3 of these Viofo A229 Pro cameras in different cars. Im an Uber Driver so it's vital for safety, and I have to be able to rely on having the recordings in case something happens. I recently had a problem with my A229 Pro and Cassie in Support was absolutely terrific in communicating and diagnosing the issue, and quickly replacing the unit. Very happy with the company.

I have needed help from VIOFO support a few times and they have gone above and beyond each time. This is for a product which is also out of warranty and frankly should have no expectation of continued support. I recommend them to anyone I know.

Great Product and Exceptional Customer Service! I was having a little trouble with one of my VIOFO dash cams and I contacted customer service. They worked with me through the issue and stood behind their product. I wish more companies took this approach.

I was unprepared for what knowledge it took to install and use the VIOFO product. Cassie Jiang of VIOFO stuck with me all the way to the point I got all working. I am impressed with her patience and responsiveness.
