I received my package and although there are parts missing…I spoke to Ulchit in Customer Service…explained my situation in an e-mail…and sent photos of the missing part as well. He promised to remedy the situation and see to it that I was sent the missing part from Villohome’s vendor. I am at the “waiting” period. Looking forward to receiving the missing part to my “intelligent light, self- watering system planter.”
