It was definitely overall a good experience. There were some non-responsive emails at first, that with one phone call got straightened out. If this happens to you, don’t be alarmed like I was, they were actually working hard for me to work out a better shipping rate. I found this out after I made a call to the company and they set my mind at ease. Not only did they work hard to find me a better shipping rate than what I was quoted and paid, but they actually shipped out quicker than I was expecting and offered a refund for the shipping cost difference. Absolutely something you don’t see these days and I would definitely recommend doing business with this company. I know for sure I will be back for future purchases.

Shipping was a bit slow lacking updates.

ordered 30 sq. ft of beautiful tile, received 30 tiles, called in a panic and they reassured me that the rest of the order would arrive the next day. it did. Project is looking beautiful.

I love the rug. It looks lovely and matches the style and color shown on the website. The reason for deducting one star is that the website stated that the rug was in stock and would only take two weeks, and my credit card was charged immediately upon order. Instead it took seven weeks. That said, when I contacted customer service I received very timely, polite, and accurate information, which I appreciated.

I have ordered fotile JQG7522 but received JQG7502 without notice. Fortunately I did research myself and found out they have the same specifications except the button color and package, even though I didn’t see the stainless steel color button, so I just accepted it as is. There was no update for a couple of days after the order confirmation, but shipping was fast over all.

First glass was chipped. So that was disappointing. However customer service was very good and they immediately sent me a new glass. Very responsive.

Samples OK, but I did not realize I was ordering them from Turkey, so I think that should be front and center on the website. I've ordered Travertine tile in the past that was quarried in Turkey, but the product was not shipped to me directly from Turkey; it was already in the company's warehouse in the USA. Aside from the samples taking longer to arrive than I anticipated (due to their coming from Turkey), the samples were sufficient for my needs, one had the corner broken off.
