“VILLOHOME” is more than just an e-commerce online store. It is established in 2018. As the name suggests, Villohome is a “Home” where a family lives, expands and thrives. Our family is not limited to just our management and our employees but our customers, suppliers, market places, Third party warehouses and all our other business associates are parts of our family. We aim to be an ultimate flooring destination for our customers by providing them great quality products, wide range of collection, faster delivery and affordable prices. Backed by extremely disruptive minds with years of experience, Villohome possesses international market knowledge, attention to detail and supply chain know-how to meet the expectations of our customers at all times. Everything that we say and that we do, we literally believe in it. “We have got your back” is our promise to all our clients and its reflected in every decision that we make and every action that we take here at Villohome. We would like to make our values not only inspiring but actionable and hence we prefer to keep our values as verbs and not as nouns. Our four core values are,“Do the RIGHT thing no matter what”“Treat the customer the way you want to be treated as a customer”“Speak the truth and act truthfully under any circumstances”“Prioritise consistency over intensity”

I appreciate Villohome making it possible to order organic whole grain from places like Grain Place Foods and to do so with free shipping and reasonable delivery time.

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Misleading Product Photos and Unacceptable Delay I strongly advise anyone considering purchasing from VilloHome to think twice before placing an order. My experience has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. I ordered a marble table based on the photos and description on their website, but the actual product does not match the advertised appearance. To make matters worse, the website stated that the table would ship within one week, yet more than three months have passed without the table even being shipped. When I raised my concerns and requested a proper solution, the company refused to offer a straightforward cancellation and full refund, hiding behind its made-to-order policy instead of addressing the serious delay and product discrepancies. Customers deserve honest product representation, realistic shipping timelines, and fair customer service. I have kept all correspondence and order documentation, and I am prepared to escalate this matter through the appropriate consumer protection authorities and my payment provider if it remains unresolved. I would not recommend this company based on my experience. Think carefully before spending your money here.
