Excellent customer service and care along with quality products is hard to beat. Viewrail was quick to answer any questions or concerns I had thought the whole process. The delivery company lost part of my shipment. I sent Viewrail an email and they promptly looked into it and sent me the missing pieces no questions asked. The day after receiving my missing pieces, the lost order showed up on my doorstep. I called Viewrail. They told me to keep it or donate it to Habitat for Humanity. I appreciated their kindness.

These are very high quality glass and cable rails systems! These rails are rugged and beautiful at the same time. Excellent customer service with all parts and materials delivered timely with no missing items.

I purchased the glass railing system with standoff pins. Although I felt the installation instructions were inadequate and confusing, I was able to install the railing and the end product was beautiful. The installation of this system requires advanced skills or a professional.

Costly nightmare. Wrong and missing parts, but they blame us. A simple, do it yourself project becomes costly nightmare. Rec'd parts for a cable railing system when we purchased a rod railing system, handrail never added to order by salesperson. The instructions didn't "necessarily" apply to our set up, so we learned from one csr. The drawings were confusing. When we began install, none of our professional, licensed carpenters could match the instructions with the pieces. I called 3 times and each time found we were missing a piece of the puzzle with the parts. Twice they shipped missing parts. A new team of 3 carpenters come out to solve this problem and still can't match instructions, they watch videos, they assemble but find we are missing many many more pieces. I contacted CS and they said there was no "evidence" that we are missing these pieces; therefore they must charge us $546 for additional parts. Perhaps we didn't install it correctly to need these extra parts or maybe we did and they were missing. We will never know, but what we do know is that the Company admitted to sending the wrong parts, confusing instructions, and now are charging us retail for the extra parts we need to finish this system that they ordered incorrectly from the start - because they have no evidence that they are missing?? All in all, I would never recommend this company to anyone because by the time we paid all of the subcontractors their hourly rate to watch the video's and return three times because of missing pieces, it would have been less expensive to actually hire a professional company to do this project. We were extremely disappointed at the attitude they took when we found we needed more parts - and retail?? come on! Why would we lie to get extra pieces and parts that could never be used on anything else but this system??? You just lost another customer over stupid little parts of an order you screwed up.

I saw my favorite Instagram DIYer, Angela Rose, redo her inside stair rail system and knew I wanted to get Viewrail. I loved the gorgeous design, the fact that she could install it herself. I also love that you got a personal touch. My husband and I built our current railing using the Viewrail tool on line and received a call from their team to help and review before purchase. The entire team at Viewrail was awesome- our railing showed up, we installed it and even created a reading look loft space for our kiddos. This is a high quality product you can install yourself at a great price... and with great customer support both live ans in video format. We love it- and highly recommend!!
