After our poor beagle, Turbo, was diagnosed with Uveitis on a Friday morning, I spent 4 1/2 hours trying to locate her eye drop prescription at local and private pharmacies. No one had the medication and ordering it would take 3 days to receive. My baby couldn't wait that long, as she couldn't not see and was in terrible pain. With no other options, I googled the medicine to see if somehow I could get it online. This is when I ran across VetRxDirect.com. Not only did they have the medicine in stock, I could get it the next day! At 1:56pm, called the 800 number to make sure I could get this medicine the next day and was told if the approval was done and they received it by 3pm, it would be delivered the next day. I placed my order, called my vet and let them know of the timeframe, and waited patiently for veterinary approval. After 30 minutes, my order status had not changed and I was freaking out. I called my vet and they said they had sent it but when I called VetRXDirect, they had not received anything. I was really starting to worry so I called both places again and expressed my concern. While my vet was getting tired of me calling and became a little rude, VetRXDirect placed me on hold and called the vet themselves to request submission of the approval once again. When the woman came back on the line I was concerned because it was now 3:20pm. She told me that they received the approval and she would make sure it went out today. I was thrilled and so relieved! I do not know how to thank the women at VetRxDirect, they helped my baby get on the mend so much faster! They were pleasant on the phone and I felt like they truly understood my dilemma and sense of urgency. They went above and beyond and helped me to stay calm during all of my frantic phone calls. They even called the next day to check on Turbo! What an amazing level of customer service, these women may need a raise after dealing with me last Friday! LOL. Thanks so much VetRxDirect, you really saved the day :)

When it comes to our pet Chy, we want the best for her, and will now be obtaining all of Chy's prescription needs from VetRxDirect - sincere, knowedgable, professional, and prompt service.

Was really happy with how fast I received the product ....thought it was a little pricey for a 4 oz bottle. Haven't used the product yet... So that remains to be seen if it helps my dogs ears.

Very nice company to work with. They met my needs.
