I never have any problems ordering from VetRxDirect.com. They have a great website and it's set up well. Whenever I order items for my dog they are sent in a timely manner. Also, LOVE the fact that they put a thank you note in the box, and a sample treat for the dog! Great customer service!

Ordering was easy; the staff friendly and helpful

I had difficulty getting my vet to fax in a much needed asthma medication prescription for my recently diagnosed cat. The customer service reps were kind enough to call my vet on several occassions, until finally getting the RX they needed. I appreciate their eagerness to be a slight pain in the tush! :)

IF YOUR ANIMAL IS SICK AND YOU NEED MEDS QUICKLY, THEY HAVE MORE THEN 1 WAY TO GET IT AND SOMETIMES FAST IS THE BEST WAY TO GO. I WAS ALSO ABLE TO RETURN UNOPENED MEDICATION WHEN I HAD TO PUT MY DOG TO SLEEP--WHICH SAVED ME SOME CASH AND I APPRECIATED THAT. THE FOLKS ON THE PHONES TAKING ORDERS ARE VERY NICE AND POLITE--THEY REALLY DO TRY TO ASSIST YOU IN ANY WAY THEY CAN. IT IS JUST A GOOD COMPANY TO DEAL WITH PERIOD!!!! CATHY

Our oldest dog, Orson, was adopted a few years ago. After about 1-1/2 years, he developed epilepsy. I spoke with the family that fostered him and his littermates, two of which they kept. Turns out that one of his brothers has it also, and they were able to get him tested for the cause of the seizures. Turns out it is idiopathic, no known cause. When the phenobarbital was no longer effective by itself, we were forced into adding additional medications. Ourselves and the vet finally decided on potassium bromide, but where to find a pharmacy that compounds without taking everything extra we have. After extensive phone calls, and web searches, we came upon VetRX Direct, and bingo, our problem was solved! Excellent service and great pricing keep us coming back!
