I have had nothing but good interactions with the company over the past year of obtaining prescription medications for my dogs.

This company is absolutely wonderful! I order the Synovi chews for my dogs (two german shepherds, a lab/pit mix, and a beagle/walker hound mix) and they always arrive way sooner than this company says they will. They are great! The items always come well packaged and with a little treat for my pups. I would recommend them to anyone!

I am not sure if or why but the product did not appear to work well. It did not show as expired but I am not happy w the result. I have contacted the manufacturer as well.

I ran out of T8 Keto ear flush for my dog, just as she was showing classic signs of ear irritation. I wanted the T8 Keto quickly, but couldn't find it at any pet supply store. I found it at VetRxDirect. They delivered two days after I ordered it online, an the price was much less than my vet charged me for my previous bottle.

Buying my Doug's prescription though the vet costs me more than 26% more and is far less convenient.

Their customer service and deliveries are superb!

I have used this company several times over a period of years. I usually buy medications and one order got damaged in the mail as it was sent in a plastic vial in a jiffy envelope. Only four of the original order of 24 pills were delivered in a very crushed package. VET RX replaced the order without question . I highly recommend their services.

I ordered my Bichon livered flavor fish oil and it arrived in three days. Vet RX Direct gives such great service and they included a dog treat for Callie in the order.
