I'm very happy with the service I received and the price is definitely right! The only issue I have is that the bottles are not full. May have been a fluke, I will find out next time.

I order my dog's heartwarm pills from VetRxDirect and they always arrive 24-48 hours after I place my order. The pills are half what they cost at my vet's office and they even include a treat in the package. Can't say enough good things about VetRxDirect!

We have not had any problems in dealing with VetRxDirect. Their services have been error free and prompt both times we used them for the medicine for our dog with seizures. The only delays we had came from our vet's office in getting the prescription to VetRxDirect. I had no problem getting a hold of a service rep to get an upgrade on our mail order because of the delays from our vet's office. Prompt, error free service is important with this sort of business.

I had trouble with Fed Ex leaving my insulin due to refrigeration. Your customer service rep worked until she was able to get Fed Ex to deliver package that night. Needless to say I was very grateful. This was insulin that I needed for my dog.
