I ordered, it was shipped and I received just what I wanted in a timely manner and it appeared to be personally packaged....nice touch!!

I wasn't very happy with this company AT ALL although Erica who I chatted with on the phone was nice enough. They showed a picture of Derma Strength for Large dogs, 120 chews but it was not in the drop down menu so I mistakenly selected Tablets because it was the only offering for 120 doses. SO I assumed it was chews. NOT. Tablets at 1/2 the strength so it actually cost more than my vet's charge. Turns out that even though its still pictured they no longer CARRY it! Then, WORSE, I ordered 5 vials of Vetusulin because there is a 20 dollar fee for shipping vetsulin whether you order 1 or a dozen. Good thing I contacted them before they sent it. Their on hand supply expires in March 2014. Really?? My vet contacted Merck and was told they are currently shipping vials with expiration dates well into 2015. Stock that old should get sent back or offered at a significant discount.

I had to order an aero-kat chamber for my cat who suddenly started coughing. My order was placed quickly, questions were answered thoroughly and I received the product in a timely manner. Videos on the site and instructions included with the product were clearly written and easy to understand. They also included a sample of turkey treats, which my cat gobbled up!

I order medicine from VetRxDirect to help my cats from throwing up hair balls. They are always prompt in delivery, enclose a thank you card and a sample cookie for a dog. Too bad they don't have something as a sample for cats. Anyway, I give the cookie to my friend for her granddog. A very trustworthy company and web site.

My dog is recovering from knee surgery, so I needed a harness to assist me with lifting him. Ordered came on time (I expedited shipping) and quality of harness was great. Thanks!

Works wonderfully. Could tell so much difference after just the first couple of days. My rabbits ears went from crusted all the way up the ear, to almost all of the crust gone after just two applications. Well worth buying. Could not say enough. I am very pleased with this product and I know my rabbits are happy.
