I haven't tried an online Veterinary RX site before. Since the product our vet has didn't work for the last 6 months, she requested me to go online and find another product for fleas. I just put in my vet's fax number and once I requested the item it was faxed to my vet for a signature. Easy Peasy.

The site has a lot of prescription products especially, as the name implies. It does a good job of handling the information capture for products which require a prescription. I was purchasing flea/tick products which were non-Rx. I would have liked to have seen: 1) better distinguishing of prescription-required products in the search results (it is apparent in the individual product pages once a single product is selected, but not before). 2) more non-prescription products available 3) a filter for Rx vs. non-Rx. If I have an Rx, I know what I'm looking for. I found it hard to find (and distinguish) non-Rx products when looking for filler to meet the free shipping / coupon threshold.

Quick is the word of the day! It got here within a few days of ordering, it was packaged well and it was exactly what I ordered. Come on-what else can you as for :)
