Ive made two purchases from the folks at vertex so far and the service is top notch-great price, great product, polite and helpful customer service, and discreet and secure shipping. I donate most of what I buy to folks with cancer and other autoimmune diseases, so price and quality is important so I can help as many folks as possible. Vertex and its employees make that possible, As far as im concerned, they are the best out there. Keep up the good work!!

Ordered last Monday at 10am and you waited until the next day to take it to the post office in which I paid additional money for a delivery that was supposed to arrive Wed or Thursday last week and at last its being delivered today (a week after ordering).

Usps picked your package up the same day. They do not scan in tell the next morning, we updated our site and will not be providing guranteed delivery dates for usps , only ups going forward as usps is there own company and we cannnot control there actions
The shipping was terrible it has been 8 days I still have not received my package. I will never be ordering from Vertex Exotics again.
