Mold!! We’ve bought two 56 gram bags and one 1.5 g of resin. The resin isn’t vertex’s own and is from another seller (Jungle Boys) and it was great for $10. The two ounce bags were from vertex’s warehouse as you can tell, lemon cherry gx1 and wedding cake. Lemon cherry was low in moisture and not that strong of an effect. Ok for $100. However WEDDING CAKE HAS MOLD. The $70 indoor brown heat WEDDING CAKE was molded basically totally through. We inspected each bud to see how much it had, and you can tell that they have had that sitting in an unprotected environment for a LONG TIME. It was nearly every bud. This type of mold can slowly hurt your organs and lead to hospitalization if you don’t pay attention If you buy from here hoping to get a cheap find, INSPECT. not only is it cheap but it’s bulk and not all companies (including vertex exotics) take care of their products in those cases. They won’t answer you once you do find it. We’ve seen multiple reviews about it after discovering our own. Everyone has the same problem. Mold. Reported. Ignored. Delivery really isn’t that long either so they cannot say it happened during transport, and the mold amounts are top-to-bottom full. It comes from their warehouse molded.

I had purchased a 56g deal of lemon cherry gelato, and 56g of wedding cake and 1.5 strawberry shortcake live resin. The Lemon cherry gelato was very tasteful (little dry) but kinda weak. The strawberry shortcake resin was very good 10/10! But unfortunately the Wedding cake (indoor brown) 56g has MOLD. I had reported it to vertex and to my surprise answered right away telling me to send order # and pictures, which I sent right back. I wouldn’t have made that big of a deal if the mistake was fixed but vertex has straight up ignored me after they were aware of serious health problems. It’s honestly really disappointing to be ignored after such a big mess up. Mold can kill people. I checked the whole bag to just throw it all out because of its not safe and me and my fiancée and my brother all have pain under or sternum. I hope to hear back some compensation or just either making it right with replacement 56g without mold. Be safe while yall smoke.

Update about this company. I recently gave them a great review as my order came in and was fantastic buuut after getting a few smaller orders with success I decided to snag a bigger one. That being said I was short a whole 28g and the quality was terrible. Instant headache shit… I didn’t even bother sending them a message cause I’ve already inquired twice without a response for a previous question over a month or so and still haven’t heard a word from them. You may get lucky with them or you may end up wishing you’d never found this place. I won’t be ordering again.

I got smalls but didn’t order smalls

First I didn’t get my order until the 5th order was placed on the 26th the month before. I contribute that to the postal service. But I ordered 4 different strains. One I’ve very familiar with. 2 out of the 4 was decent and look like the description the show. The other two were not. Low grade. They all were grade high as well. I waited to see if they would reply directly but they haven’t so.

Got two O's in the mail today. Hashburger and Backpack Boyz Lemon Cherry Gelato. Hashburger was top notch, all the way around. BPB Lemon Cherry Gelato, not so much. Flower had brown spots all over it, smells and tastes kind of like hay or grassy and there were over 2.5 grams of loose stems with no flower on them in the bag as well. sent email to customer service/sales, but have yet to get a response. very disappointed.
