I had to call twice. Both times the person on the other end were absolutely caring and very helpful. They didn't sound like complete robots. And that's a experience that I prefer. I'm in middle of moving and I had a rough situation, but when I called back to cancel they helped me out and answered all my questions too. They even found a deal cheaper for me. They absolutly are so helpful and that's why I prefer having fios then any other company

The rates are reasonable and you get a lot for your money and the perks are nice also. I am very happy with the service. They are professional on the phone and very thorough. The only problem is the long wait over the phone for them to answer but all in all if you want good service it pays to wait for it.

Serously....the first time I called I spoke to a guy and he spoke as if he was rushing me. I signed up but then decided I was going to cancel. I called back and spoke to Liz and she explained everything to me, answered my other questions and I decided to keep it and even added more to my package..she was great.

I found the process so easy and I was able to set it all up in one phone call. I'm very happy with the deal I received and the customer service was excellent. Richard was the agent who helped me and he was so nice, knowledgeable and helpful, it made it a great experience.

Relocating to new apartment which can now offer Fios service. Giving them a try to save some money over comcast. Looks like I will save over $110.00 a month locked in for 2 years.
