In all my dealings with Verilux I have had very good success in getting my needs taken care of. I was very happy when I replacement bulbs were available and delivered.

The customer service while placing my order was helpful and pleasant to work with. My light was delivered and in great shape. Easy to assemble and waste packaging was minimal. Very pleased with the light and the supplier. 5 Stars

Mini HappyLight and adjustable desk lamp-- Both as expected and featured, very pleased with purchase.

Easy to purchase, delivered quickly. Gave as a gift to vision impaired 12 year old grandson. He is enjoying using it for his light while doing homework.

I have 5 different happylight products and love each of them. I do think it helps seasonal affective disorder (winter darkness blues). And they are great reading lights!

Agent was very knowledgable, patient and helpful in answering my questions and helping me decide on action I needed to take. (I had 2 older Verilux lamps no longer in stock that had to be replaced)
