While the Happy Lights are wonderful, i recently ordered 2 diff replacement bulbs. I received 2 of the same item, both of which were broken.

The wake up light I bought years ago is essential to me. I also spend a few minutes each day under a larger light to restore my energy. Verilux revised the wake up light and the controls weren't as responsive. Customer service was responsive and caring. They sent me a replacement immediately.

I have 2 of the Happy Lights & 1 of the floor lamps, and they are AWESOME!!! AAA+++ I highly recommend them, and I'm pretty sure that I will be ordering another floor lamp soon & giving some Happy Lights as Christmas gifts (we have long gray winters here in MI.)!
