I got message after message about my card expiring so made the appointment with doctor and he told me he can’t do anything yet due to nothing expiring and I need to wait til next month to renew. So now I need to message him and let him know to send info over. Regardless of how many messages I get I won’t renew until October moving forward.

I was told I was getting a discount of 25 dollars then was charged the full amount so I called and asked about it and they said they will refund the 25 but I still haven't got it

The service provided by Tim was excellent and the doctor was very helpful in getting the appointment rescheduled and completed. They only issue I have is that I paid $10 to have it automatically processed and found out from your customer support that they can't do that in Iowa and I'm supposed to get a $10 refund.
