Making the doctor appointment was fine but I wasn't on the phone for 2 minutes with the doctor. I honestly didnt see the point except for Veriheal to say that I "saw" a doctor.

Everything was quick and easy. The video visit only took a minute or two. The doctor asked a few questions and we were done.

I think the whole experience depends on the doctor you’re interacting with. Everything else is taken care of. Keep hiring doctors with personality and knowledge.
