Never gave me my weed card

Made an appt. Dr never showed up. After a ton of unreturned calls and emails to the person who set up my appt I found someone to help. Made a 2nd appt and the dr no showed again. He then called me and blamed the service for messing up his schedule. Total disaster and the fact that no one returned my calls or email is unacceptable. Take my money and run. Terrible practice.

Application was not seeing the certification from doctor. I called your support 2 times and was told call WVOMC. I was told by them probably wrong birth date or SS number. They were happy to check and told me the SS was wrong. They told me it happens all the time. Maybe you guys need to check that first.

Im still expired. Days later.

Was misled by multiple members of the staff and the doctor as to what the certification would allow me to do. Has repeatedly ignored my request for a refund. Was a customer for years… never again

I paid for an appointment for recertification. I had to message Veriheal to remind them to let my doctor know to put my recertification through. The doctor did that a few days later however she put the wrong allotment amount. This caused me to have a negative balance with the state of Maryland. I'm unable to purchase anything. This is causing me to be unmedicated and in a lot of pain.

Had my appointment on October 7th my renewal date was October 8th it took until October 10th for my provider recommendation to be updated in the Maryland MMCC website meaning I couldn’t purchase medical until then. Was emailing back and forth with a person named Ana and after 2 days of trying to rectify the problem she just stopped responding to my emails! Worst experience with Veriheal since 2021! Might be looking for a new provider!!!

Do you see while I was shining up for this service? The company called me directly, and I talked to them. And I could not understand the woman due to her heavy accent and not being able to talk loud enough for me to hear You. I thought the $49 was the whole cost of the program, not a discount from a 199. Dollars as soon as she explained to me. After I already gave her my credit information, I realized there was a mistake and I told her I wanted to cancel this completely. And this still has not been done. I'm waiting to hear back me. Your company for reimbursement for my $150. I was told the doctor would have to prove it and I have not heard of things since then. I have never heard from a doctor even though I was told it was approved by a doctor or whatever services linked to the doctor that I was approved. I have talked to no one else.
