Thank You Mr. Post for taking the time to issue us a review. We are sorry your Insurance Company Progressive was so slow to respond to your needs, this is normal for this carrier. Progressive is the only Insurance Company to my knowledge that has a clause in the Policy that allows them to wait up to 30 days to respond to an insured once placed on notice. However at the end of the claim, we uncovered Progressive had undervalued your claim 34%, and an ultimate recovery as such. I am happy we where able to make you whole, and receive a fair settlement. Sincerely, Vehicle Value Experts
UPDATE: I had a Better Car Replacement rider on my insurance policy and Robert was able to secure that amount in addition to the increased appraisal value on my car. I worked with Robert at VVE on two different car claims and I am so happy I did because he was able to increase both of my appraisals by a serious amount of money. When I first talked with Robert, I was a little hesitant because I didn't know how long the process would take and I didn't know how much Robert could increase the insurance company appraisal. Robert was upfront explaining the process and I didn't have to pay anything if he couldn't increase my value.

Wonderful expertise, knows all the regulations, always one step ahead of the insurance company and predicted their every move. Saved me over $1000 and kept the insurance from totaling and salvaging my car. Got my car repairs paid for by insurance and still driving it thanks to Vehicle Value Experts!

Thank You Mr. Walls for taking the time to issue a review. I am happy we could prevent the Insurance Company from Totaling your Car. We see this all the time, in most cases the Insurance Company wrongfully Totals the Car, and each time they do this for their own betterment. Sincerely, Robert L.McDorman
When you feel like you are at the mercy of the insurance companies to cut you a fair deal to only find there is a company out there willing to help get the most value out of your vehicle. Dealing with insurance companies can be very intimidating and Robert with Vehicle Value Experts took all the intimidation and worry from me and my husband. The insurance company wanted to only pay around $22,000 and Robert was able to increase this to over $25,000. Im thankful to my body shop for pointing out the Appraisal clause in our auto policy and pointing me in the direction of Vehicle Value Experts! With the background Robert has in this field made the process so seamless and smooth. He is truly and Expert in my book! Thank you Robert!

Thank You Mr. Barber for taking the time to issue us a review. We are pleased we could assist you with your Motor Vehicle Claim. Sincerely, Robert L. McDorman
Robert was incredible in securing a higher settlement for my vehicle! My insurance company dragged my claim on and on and on (for over 2 months). As an attorney, I mistakenly thought I would be able to negotiate a satisfactory valuation amount. Once Robert became involved, he obtained a value that was 25% higher than the amount my insurance company had originally offered. Moreover, the matter was wrapped up within 48 hours of his involvement. He is incredibly knowledgeable, unbelievably responsive, and clearly commands the respect of his colleagues. Absolutely endorse And recommend.

Our average settlement increase after we have been retained is 31% above the Insurance Carriers Final Settlement Offer to the client. We sincerely hope you never need us again, however if you do please call. Sincerely, Robert L. McDorman
