Xpromo Auto TransportReviews of xpromoautotransport.com

I am a sales guy @ Pete's Cycle in Severna Park, MD. One of our customers requested delivery of a vehicle to a location about 30 minutes away. We recommended Mark Henry @ Xpromo Auto Transport, who has been very persistent in his desire to transport vehicles for us. Mark sent out a driver with a truck and trailer who took photos of the tie-down job, sent said photos to the customer, and transported the vehicle flawlessly to the customer location. Mark is an excellent communicator, very detail-oriented, professional and extremely persistent. I respect the hustle. I will be recommending Mark to future customers - 5 star service for sure!

I had a good experience with Xpromo Auto Transport. Alex was my point of contact and communication with him was good throughout the process. They offered me a competitive price upfront and the price never changed. I was given an estimated pickup window of 3–5 days, and the boat was picked up within that timeframe. I wasn’t working with a strict deadline, so the flexible pickup window worked fine for me. Alex kept me updated when the boat was picked up and I also received a call when the driver was about two hours away from delivery. Everything went smoothly, the boat arrived safely, and there were no surprises with the price. I’d use Xpromo again.

My delivery was handled perfectly by Mr Brian Martin! Highly recommend

First time using this company, and I can say they did a great job. In the dealership world we deal with a lot of drivers and transporters, and these folks were top notch. Provided a more than fair quote to flat tow a vehicle from our dealership directly to the customer's front door. The driver was friendly and courteous. They provided updates on the process and the dispatcher, Hazel, was professional and attentive. Will definitely be using their service in the future.

Alex Cole made shipping my car so easy

Justin the driver kept in contact from beginning to end. Let us know when he picked the vehicle up. He drove from California to Nebraska. He arrived when he said he would. Gave us updates along the way. Justin was professional and handled the transport of our car well. we would use Justin and The transport company again.

Justin Smith was the driver I worked with his communication was excellent my car was delivered just as promised with no complications, excellent service.

The worst experience Ive ever had with a business. barely any communication, no updates, not answering or replying, and lying multiple times with no explanation. Ive recieved the bike only thanks to myself and the driver (not associated with xpromo) after I tracked him down using the tracker.
