Ordered from this company three times now. Third time, it’s been almost two weeks, still no package. I’ve messaged them since then, by the second time, they said they’ve messaged USPS five times. They reached out to me again and did offer enough store credit for me to get another vape plus shipping covered to get me through. One incredibly nice thing is that they also reached out to me personally to let me know they’ve spoken to USPS and the package will be here next Monday/Tuesday. While shipping service failed it’s part, Vapemarkdown definitely took care of me as a customer. Would definitely recommend.

I messaged them and within minutes I got my money back as a credit and they gave me a 10% off coupon. I am very happy with this company and they always have what I'm looking for in stock. I was skeptical so, I only ordered two items. Shipped so fast. Got a confirmation email immediately after ordering, received a tracking number, and received my order 2 days later. My items were half of the price that's in my local store.
