Your time frame on shipping is very long I should be able to receive it in 2 to 3 days not 4 to 7 this is the only thing I don't care for with value pet other than that I think the service is fabulous

very disappointed about how my order was delivered . It was delivered to the WRONG address and I had to travel and get it. Also it was for the first time packaged poorly and differently from before and damaged. Are you guys trying to cut corners???? I can get the pads elsewhere you know . I do not have to give you my business which I have for the last 8 years. Very disappointed!!!! Fix it or I'm done with you !
