Wonderful support. My package was delivered by FedEx to the wrong address. Contacted ValuePetSupplies support and my order was reshipped using UPS. Successfully received my package. FedEx receives a poor review, but ValuePetSupplies receives 5 stars

I had an issue where my package was taken from my steps ( at least that is what my local post office is claiming) . My local post office was so unhelpful & offered no help. I had emailed ValuePetSupplies, they replied & offered whatever help they could & replaced the product for me ( totally unexpected ) Thank you 😊
