Hello Richard, Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We’re glad to hear there’s no visible damage, but we understand your concern about potential internal issues. For added peace of mind, we do offer ROUTE shipping insurance for orders, which can help cover any damage during transit. Unfortunately, once a shipment is with the carrier, we’re at their mercy, but please don’t hesitate to call us — we’re happy to guide you through making a claim if needed. —The US Solar Supplier Team

Hi Cristina, Thank you for your feedback. Our website clearly states a 7–14 business day shipping window, as many of the items we ship are large or require prep before leaving the warehouse. Your order was processed and shipped within that timeframe. We understand waiting can feel inconvenient, but this process allows us to keep pricing aggressive and treat every customer fairly. In the future, if you need something quicker, let us know — we’ll always do our best to accommodate. — US Solar Supplier Team

Hello Michael - looks like this was processed and refunded per your request. The MPN/ Spec Sheet does state here the exact product being sold, but as it is part of a system, there was an image that showed it in tandem with its compatible parts. Glad we were able to resolve all, and so sorry about any inconvenience caused on our part!

Hello Michael, Happy to have helped you today in a full refund. We are sorry that it was not shipped out in your expected time period. Unfortunately, the mechanisms of the supply chain are sometimes hard to stop in progress! We try our best to align with unexpected cancellations, and we're glad we could rectify things in the end. Please let us know if you need any other support with your solar project!

Hi Stephen, I am so sorry about that there was a delay in recieving your part. I'm issuing a discount card for your next purchase should you need anything else. This particular product's manufacturer was late in delivering. I've emailed you with more information! Again, our greatest apologies for the inconvenience. We know you have many people to choose from, we try to provide access to these hard to get products, and it pains us when we can't deliver in a seamless way!

Hi Jacob, we're sorry for the experience you had. This item is normally sold in case quantities of 20, but due to a system oversight, your order for a single unit went through. We had to break a case to fulfill it, which caused the delay—our mistake, and we didn’t communicate that clearly. You did receive the item, but we completely understand your frustration. We’re updating our system to prevent this going forward. If you have any other questions, feel free to reach out to [email protected].
