Thanks for the kind words—we really appreciate it. It’s been great working with you on the backup power setup at the Florida Solar Cracker House. We take a lot of pride in supporting the longer-term projects and seeing them come to fruition! We’re here anytime you need us.
I’ve been purchasing solar modules from the supplier, including balance of materials for a number of jobs for the past three years and I’ve had awesome communication and great documentation and support whether it be for domestic content or for logistics I would give the team six stars.

Thank you! Working together across multiple projects over the past few years has been a great partnership. Glad the communication, documentation, and logistics have made things easier on your end. We appreciate the trust and look forward to what’s next.
Almost 2 months to receive order that said product was in stock... Also currently waiting on a small order of junction boxes and haven't gotten any updates or a response to my inquiry. Poor communication. Poor shipping times. Not interested in buying from this business unless forced to do so.

Hi Zachary, Looks like your original order had brakage en route and we notified by email as soon as we knew. The order was made March 4 with the final tracking April 1. While we shoot for 7-14 business days, we sometimes run into delays in the process that can be caused by things including but not limited to breakage, repack and freight carrier availability. Your second order is showing that you were sent tracking and we'll reach out personally to make sure that you've got what you need. We continuously work to improve our turnaround time, appreciate the feedback and business, and hope there is an opportunity in the future you are willing to work with us. In that situation, please call our Sales Director at ext. 102 so he can personally expedite the order!
My solar panels arrived well packaged and protected. Pleased once my order shipped.

Really appreciate you taking the time to share this. Glad to hear your panels arrived well packaged and in good shape—that’s something we take seriously given how rough shipping can be on solar equipment. We also hear you on the timing around when the order shipped. That part matters just as much as the delivery itself, and we’re continuing to push our vendors and internal processes to tighten that up. If you need anything as you get your system set up; compatibility questions, mounting, or anything else please don’t hesitate to reach out. Thanks again for your order and your feedback!
was told everything i was ordering was instock when i placed my $18000 perches got $2000 of the parts within 2 weeks the 2nd shipment came damaged rejected it took a week and half to reship got lost the rest waited over a month was told it would ship today or the next for 3 weeks just kept creating new shipment data then took 11 days to get $15800 refund back

Hi John, We are sorry for how this played out; especially on an order that size. A few things unfortunately stacked up: part of your order shipped, unfortunately damage in the shipping chain caused further delay, and the reship went through a new carrier which caused further delay because of size and needing terminal drop. Your refund was processed in full as soon as everything was canceled, but we understand the wait was frustrating. We’ve since made changes with that vendor and carrier to avoid this going forward. We hear you, and we’re using this to make sure it doesn’t happen again.
I ordered my solar equipment from USSolarSupplier because they had everything I needed on this one site. In the process of checking out, I found out that the shipping charges were more than the items I purchased. I then called and spoke with one of their representatives and was told that the company had a warehouse in my home state of Minnesota and I could drive there to pick up my order. I had to make some changes to my order because of availability at the warehouse, but I saved over $1,000 in shipping costs!

Really appreciate you sharing this! Shipping can be one of the most frustrating parts of putting a system together, especially with larger solar equipment, so I’m glad you gave us a call. Being able to pivot to a warehouse pickup and save that kind of money is exactly what we hope for when those options line up. We know it’s not always perfect; sometimes, inventory at a specific warehouse means a few adjustments, but it’s great to hear it still worked out in your favor in a big way. Thanks again for trusting us with your project!
