Planning a holiday in Miami and this part was actually the easiest. Everything was explained in a way that made sense, no complicated wording. The review before submission gave me more confidence.

Fraud website

I am honestly shocked how I fell for this website. I was very tired when doing as this is something I have done in the past myself many times on the official government website. When I came to the price checkout, I told my husband this is weird it is usually $40, why is the price higher and he was like no sounds right, I was hesitant but tired and processed the payment and then I saw the email and it clicked this is not the official website. They are the first on googles landing page which is honestly not okay and misleading and their landing page shows very similar structure to the official website. Only once you go to the main page you can see it says in the fine print we are an intermediate. Now, the reason why this is a partial scam, is I did get the esta but they charge $170 for no reason as on the esta website it is even a faster process. It is also scary as they hold such sensitive information. I asked for a refund and they have replied so that is good, but I still find it really scummy the way they got to the top of the google page and take advantage of people. Google and the official esta website should not allow this as it is highly misleading, causing a lot of people stress. I always go through official websites and somehow fell for this even though did this application a few times in the past.
